During my time at Imsamet of Arizona and Service Wire, Record Construction completed several concrete projects that supported our operational and safety needs — pouring in multiple areas throughout the facilities to improve infrastructure, enhance equipment accessibility, and keep workspaces compliant with OSHA requirements.

One project stands out. Several areas throughout the facility had deteriorated concrete and were overdue for repair. These conditions presented safety concerns, created operational challenges, and increased the risk of equipment and pedestrian incidents if not addressed promptly. They were onsite the very next morning to assess the work, begin demolition, and prepare the affected areas. Concrete placement followed shortly after.

I have worked with Kable and Jake on four projects. These were not typical projects as their footprint was small but they had many moving parts and lots of dependencies, as most of the work was underground.

I found that Kable became more than a general contractor. We would review a job and make changes that would allow greater flexibility in the use of the site location, or make slight changes to the site that helped alleviate problems in the future. We learned and made changes as we continued to work together, the more projects we worked on.

Is Record Construction the lowest cost? No they are not. Are they a partner in helping to find the best way to build a site? Yes they are.
