Three generations of the same rule.
Record Construction is owned in equal thirds by Darren Record and his sons, Kable and Jake. Darren's father poured concrete. Darren poured concrete, and was still outworking men half his age at 52. The three of us run it together now.

No wasted motion.
Our dad would not let us walk across a jobsite without carrying a tool and putting it away. Not as a lesson — as a rule, every day, for years. You cannot waste motion when the concrete is going to dry with or without you. If you asked us to describe this company in one word, it would be efficient.
Who we are for.
We are not the cheap bid and we do not try to be. We are the call you make when the cost of getting it wrong is bigger than the cost of the work.
On the accounts we have held longest, the work runs from silo foundations down to a pad for a nitrogen tank. Not because we chase small jobs — because once a plant stops wondering whether we will get it right, they stop calling anyone else.
We do not do residential.
